Sweden Island
Sweden Island offers ten extraordinary beachfront palaces, each with their own private sandy beach and lush gardens. The estates are inspired by Swedish architecture, boasting seven bedrooms, a sauna and a snow room, and a grand reception room with a wall of windows, offering mesmerizing views of the seascape.
Floating Seahorse Island
The Floating Seahorses is the world’s first floating villa with underwater living quarters. 133 Floating Seahorse villas are set to be constructed, most of them situated on Honeymoon Island, a heart-shaped island featuring a lagoon pool and an exotic forest.
Portofino Family Hotel Island
Portofino Family Hotel is an upscale family hotel located on Europe Island. It will be the first hotel in the region to operate and cater exclusively to adults with children. It will feature suites with integrated kids’ bedrooms & playrooms, a kids club, a lady’s club & spa, and hanging gardens.
Germany Island
